Electrica, a leading wholesaler of cables and electrical materials, is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you excel at combining technical knowledge with B2B sales, this is the opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales support and product recommendations

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate, customized product and solution offerings

  • Recommend alternative solutions that meet customer specifications

  • Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities, offering product expertise, and supporting deal closure

  • Support field sales representatives with technical insights, inside coordination, and customer communication

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, quotations, and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs

  • Manage the full sales support cycle — from initial inquiry and quotation to order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination

  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive, customer-oriented solutions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on leads and ongoing projects

  • Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and identify business opportunities

  • Educate clients on new products and technologies to support business development and long-term relationships

  • Achieve commercial targets and contribute to the development and expansion of the customer base



Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical materials or related industries

  • Technical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems, cables, and related equipment preferred. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is a plus

  • Proven track record of success in sales

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
