💼 Your everyday work-life
  • Manage all day-to-day incoming products and distribute them accordingly to the Service departments
  • Monitoring box moving procedures and handle packages sent to external service associates
  • Acting proactively in preventing delays concerning the box moving procedures
  • Working closely with all other company departments involved in the Service journey of the product
  • Logging interactions in CRM system
