Junior E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our online clothing store.

This role involves supporting tasks such as order preparation, inventory coordination, and providing general assistance across various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Basic experience with Shopify or any other e-commerce platform or marketplace (e.g., WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken – close to native level

Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills

An eye for aesthetics and visual consistency is a strong plus

Experience or interest in social media management
