Occupational Health Nurse/Health Visitor (Attica)

Responsibilities:

  • Records employees' medical files electronically using the “HIPPOCRATES” application and collaborates with Occupational Physicians to schedule Preventive Health Checks for employees, in coordination with the Permanent Health Information and Statistical Analysis Team
  • Manages and maintains the confidentiality of individual medical records
  • Monitors, inspects and procures supplies for First Aid kits at the Corporate Center and Operational Units of PPC S.A., as well as medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies for Ambulance Vehicles at Regional First Aid Stations
  • Participates in planning and organizes First Aid training sessions
  • Collects and processes statistical data from medical examinations and handles sick leave records from the Decentralized Offices of the Occupational Health Department
  • Supports the offices of Occupational Physicians and contributes to their smooth operation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute in Health Visiting or Nursing
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in managing medical records and coordinating preventive health checks for personnel
  • License to practice the profession
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
