Associate – Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure

Main responsibilities 

• Conducting in-depth legal research on national and EU energy legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policy developments affecting energy infrastructure and markets.
• Monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments issued by RAE, ADMIE, DEDDIE, and other relevant authorities.
• Preparing client alerts, regulatory newsletters, and briefing notes on significant legal and policy updates in cooperation with the team leader.
• Acting as the main point of contact within the energy regulatory practice group for tracking, interpreting, and communicating legislative changes to the wider team.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Master’s degree in administrative law and or associated programs related to Energy Law (EU and national).
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in Energy or Administrative Law.
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).
• Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date on current developments in the energy sector.
