What You'll Be Doing
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients in the German market.
- Growth Strategy: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your accounts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Advising: Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and challenges, providing expert recommendations that align with their goals.
- Deal Progression: Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure you provide the most relevant and up-to-date guidance.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with technical support and product specialists to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.
- Reporting: Diligently document all client interactions and sales activities using our CRM platform.
- Language Skills: You must be a fluent German speaker (C2) for all client-facing communication. You also need to have strong professional proficiency in English (B2) for internal collaboration.
- Sales Acumen: A demonstrated history of success in a sales or account management capacity, with a proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets.
