We are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team in Athens as a Night Shift Customer Advisor for one of the world's largest home improvement projects.

This is a fully on-site role in our modern office in Athens. Please note that this position requires candidates to be based in Athens, and no relocation assistance is offered.

The Role

As a Night Shift Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a major North American home improvement and hardware retail brand. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, from tracking online orders and managing returns to providing detailed product information and resolving complex issues. This is a crucial role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound communications (via phone, email, and live chat) from customers, providing accurate information and professional assistance.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, product specifications, and billing.
  • Information Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and details in the company's CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of a vast range of products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.


What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English: A minimum of C1 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. You will be communicating with customers entirely in English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
  • Location: Must be a current resident of Athens, Greece, with the legal right to work in the country. No relocation package is offered for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: A natural ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with various software programs, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Resilience: The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in challenging situations.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
