Spa Manager

High-end hospitalitygroup, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of thethree five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogyof exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. The Group is both family-ownedand a proud ambassador for the island’s riches, a characteristic that shinesthrough Lesante Classic, Lesante Blu and Lesante Cape, the three LesanteCollection resorts.

Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invitesguests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions andauthentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.

Best candidate’s profile:

• 3 years minimum experience
• Excellent command of both English and Greeklanguage is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functionalprofile of the hotel
• Pleasant and positive personality, team work spirit
• High communication, organizational and managerialskills

Key responsibilities :

• Promote treatments and products and perform salesgoals
• Ensuring that spa supplies are stocked
• Maintain the Standards for the spa & WellnessProtocols
• Motivate, encourage, supervise and train the team
• Ensurethe cleanliness and hygiene
• Implementation on a daily basis of the operationprocedures of the department
• Handlerequests and complaints
• Report to Hotel Manager
