Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager
• Manage all Food & Beverage department, day-to-day operations
• Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge
• Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture
• Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality
• Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments
• Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards
• Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm

Best Candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
• Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
• Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus
• Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset
• Hands-on leader
• Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
