About the Role:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece, supporting the Greece-Cyprus-Malta business unit on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s most beloved brands, including Nutella, Ferrero Rocher and Tic Tac, and contribute to their continued success in the region. The role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision, consumer insight, and executional excellence, and is passionate about delivering joy and indulgence to our consumers. Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and ensuring our products remain competitively positioned in the market. You will support the development and execution of annual brand plans, including portfolio strategy, product mix, pricing, and promotional tactics. You’ll work with syndicated data (preferably Circana) to identify opportunities, track market share, and analyze category dynamics. Your role will also involve leading advertising strategy, managing creative agencies, and overseeing media mix planning across both conventional and digital channels. You’ll supervise packaging development, contribute to sell-in presentations, and collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Media Planning, and the Regional Marketing Manager. A strong analytical mindset will be essential as you evaluate test results, calculate KPIs, and propose strategic improvements.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics, and 2–3 years of experience in FMCG Brand Marketing, ideally with exposure to strategic marketing and cross-market environments. You should be fluent in English, proficient in Greek, and comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SAP. Experience working with syndicated data and a strong understanding of consumer behavior will be key to your success.
