We are nowseeking a Real Estate Assistant with previous real estate experience and strongtechnical skills to join our growing team in Pefkohori.

This role offers the chanceto develop into a licensed Realtor while working with an experienced,supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings (websitebackend, CRM)
• Support client communications, viewings, and negotiations
• Handle contracts, invoicing software, and office administration
• Produce andedit property photos & social media content
• Assist with marketingcampaigns and email systems
• Ensure accurate data entry in custom CRM and MSOffice tools

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience (agency or relatedrole)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident with photoediting, photography, and social media management
• Experience with WordPressbackend (updating websites)
• Familiarity with email systems, invoicingsoftware, and CRM platforms
• Strong communication skills in Greek &English (extra languages a plus)
• Valid driving licence (mandatory)
• Mustbe based in Halkidiki or willing to relocate
