Hotel Operations Assistant – Chalkidiki

HR Solutions is looking for a Hotel Operations Assistanton behalf of a hotel in Chalkidiki. This role is ideal for someone withhospitality experience who is ready to take the next step, gain moreresponsibility, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the hotel
• Supervise and assist staff in housekeeping areas
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, andrequests with professionalism
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort,and service
• Assist in training and supporting new teammembers
• Monitor supplies and coordinate withdepartments for replenishment
• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Support shift planning, basic reporting, andsimple administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Good organizational abilities and attention todetail
• Proficiency in English (other languages are anadvantage)
