The Role in a Nutshell

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Test Analyst to oversee and coordinate all aspects of software testing for our client's projects. The successful candidate will lead the testing team, define test strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and customer requirements.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and mentor a team of test analysts, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Define, implement, and maintain the overall testing strategy, approach, and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Drive test automation initiatives and ensure alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Track, manage, and report defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Your Key Strengths

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst / QA Engineer, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
