Distribution Officer

Job Description

  • Organize and execute Distribution Plan in cooperation with factory departments for both Domestic and Exports market.
  • Create Delivery Dockets and Invoices & arrange all the formalities for Delivery.
  • Communicate with Tax clearance agents to complete necessary formalities.
  • Complete all necessary related paperwork and reporting.
  • Keep systems updated at all times with accurate data.
  • Communicate with the team planed schedule and deviations.
  • Follow up of expeditions.
  • Handling transportation claims.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Graduate of IEK / AEI
  • Desired previous experience of 3 years in a corresponding position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & oral)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be highly appreciated
  • Ability to organize and communicate effectively
  • Preferably a resident of areas neighboring to Koropi
