Job Opening: As wecontinue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced F & B Director to join our team!

The Director of Food & Beverage is astrategic and hands-on leader responsible for the overall operation, planning,and success of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, includingrestaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining. The ideal candidate brings astrong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for deliveringexceptional guest experiences.

Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Lead, manage, and train the F&B team across all outlets
• Drive revenue and profitability through innovative concepts, qualitystandards, and cost control
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings andguest satisfaction
• Oversee menu development, pricing, and vendor relationships incollaboration with the Executive Chef
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for theExecutive Committee & Banyan Group meetings
• Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams to uphold serviceexcellence
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and brandpositioning

Role Requirements & Person Specification

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in F&B leadership roles, preferablyin a luxury or upscale hotel environment
• Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-outlet operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and budgeting
• Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• A strong focus on training and service excellence based on LQA standards
