Join us as the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Southeastern Europe (SEE) region and play a pivotal role in implementing our people strategy, fostering a customer-centric culture, and driving our vision of “First in Mind, First in Choice.”

Job Location: Greece (Koropi Hub)

Scope: Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria & Cyprus

Reporting to: Compressor Technique Regional General Manager SEE

Team: 1 x SEE HR Specialist based in Romania

Your Role

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies that align with Atlas Copco’s vision and local regulations. Guide regional HR operations to support business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts, nurture employee growth, and manage relations to ensure we have the best team in place.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Create fair and competitive salary structures, ensure accurate payroll, and oversee social benefits across the region.
  • Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
  • HR Reporting: Provide insightful HR reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.

To succeed, you will need

  • Experience: At least five years of HR experience, with strong expertise in strategic leadership, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics; Master’s in Human Resource Management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in English and advanced PC literacy. Native in Greek.
  • Attributes: A dynamic, proactive attitude with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. A team player who can motivate and inspire others.
