Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs

Station Support: Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and stocked during service

Learning: Follow recipes and instructions accurately, developing skills and techniques as directed

Teamwork: Work closely with chefs de partie and other kitchen employees to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Some experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to hygiene and safe working practices
