Are you a results-driven individual with a talent for building strong client relationships? We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Advisor fluent in German and English to join our growing team. As a Sales Advisor working remotely from Greece, you will play an important part in generating new business and ensuring first-class experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat to provide prompt and professional service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize satisfaction and sales
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through clear, honest, and engaging communication
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and complete product information using appropriate tools and resources
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process sales transactions, and manage customer accounts
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills for managing sales systems and customer information
  • Excellent phone communication skills with strong active listening abilities
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt approach to different customer personalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German
  • English language skills at B1 level or higher
