Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and chat communications
- Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Develop lasting relationships built on trust through open and engaging communication
- Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and techniques
- Achieve individual and team goals related to customer service and call handling targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and organize documentation
- Adhere to established communication procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong phone communication abilities with active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to handle diverse personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
- Minimum of a High School diploma
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Permanent contract
- 14 monthly salaries per year
