Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Northern European market. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in furniture, interiors, or wood product sales, who thrives in a remote, independent work environment and has a solid network in the design or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Northern Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, designers, and distributors
  • Promote Kkervvit’s capabilities in curved plywood and solid wood manufacturing
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and client communication to quotations and closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customer needs
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events (e.g., Interzum, Stockholm Furniture Fair)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in furniture or wood components
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of building long-term B2B relationships
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards (e.g., FSC) and European production values
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German, Dutch, or a Scandinavian language is a plus
