Hotel Supervisor – Chalkidiki

HR Solutions is looking for a motivated andservice-oriented Hotel Supervisor to support the daily operations of awell-established hotel in the stunning region of Chalkidiki. This roleis perfect for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take on moreresponsibility and play a key part in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in thesmooth day-to-day running of hotel operations
• Supervise andsupport staff in reception, housekeeping, and F&B areas
• Handle guestcheck-ins, check-outs, and special requests with professionalism
• Ensure highstandards of cleanliness, comfort, and service
• Supporttraining of new staff members and promote teamwork
• Monitorsupplies and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment
• Address andresolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist withreporting, shift planning, and basic administrative tasks

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Previousexperience in a hospitality role (supervisory experience is an advantage)
• Strongcustomer service and interpersonal skills
• Goodorganizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency inEnglish (additional languages are a plus)
• Knowledge ofhotel systems (e.g., PMS) desirable
• Flexible andwilling to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
