Customer Engineering Services (CES) Engineer (m/f/d)

• In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, installation and maintenance of high-quality gas technical solutions in customer premises
• Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Department to design, plan and implement gas system installations, including site assessments, technical evaluations, cost analysis
• Moreover, you will develop technical specifications, make risk assessments for accepted offers, while you will oversee material procurement, inspection, and HAZOP activities for safe implementation
• Also, you will conduct inspections during installation, ensure proper transportation and insurance of materials, and oversee system commissioning, while preparing user manuals for safe operation
• Furthermore, you will select, contract, and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality manufacturing and assemblies, in alignment with procurement guidelines
• In addition, you will coordinate with internal / external resources to make the required installation components and perform compliance testing of finished products
• Lastly, you will visit customer installations to evaluate performance, address issues, maintain stock levels, and support team training to enhance organizational efficiency

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanic, from a Technical University or a Technical Educational Institute (TEI)
• In addition, you possess minimum of 2 years of working experience in project and service management in industries, such as Oil & Gas, Food Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Medical Equipment etc.
• Moreover, you demonstrate the ability to prioritize customer and operational demands and to work under pressure within time and financial constraints, as well as a tightly regulated work environment, where process and procedural compliance is essential
• Furthermore, you possess project management skills to ensure delivery against key targets and timeframes
• Additionally, you have very good communication skills and stakeholder management, as well as to adapt to the operating environment
• Also, you are able to travel frequently for customer visits, meetings, and project-related activities
• Lastly, you have excellent command of the English language and experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs (Microsoft Visio, Autocad, etc.)
