We are seeking a Director, Civil to join our NSW leadership team. With offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and NT, we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture, a commitment to excellence, and continuous investment in our people. - Lead and grow a team of civil engineers, designers, and project managers.
- Drive business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across the state.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
