Hop is a leading shared mobility platform in Eastern Europe, launched in December 2019 with its electric scooter sharing service. We have a big role in the everyday life of commuters, currently in 20+ major cities in the region. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications:

  • At least high school degree, 2 years vocational school or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in tasks related to the execution and coordination of administrative and office management processes and transactions
  • Proven track record in cooperate communication, managing costs and driving operational excellence.
  • Having a valid driving license, able to actively drive and not have any travel restriction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Not have any legal obligations that may hinder the continuity and functioning of the employment contract. (such as compulsory military service, public service etc.).
  • Fluent communication skills in Greek and English is mandatory.

Main Responsibilites:

  • Carrying out all administrative and office work within the corporate office and ensuring the necessary communication and coordination with relevant persons, business partners, employees and institutions.
  • Keeping preliminary accounting records, maintaining orchestrating between the public accountant and the company's preliminary accounting.
  • Keeping track of the payment schedule, subscription payments etc. Sending relevant bank payments for approval.
  • Following up the timesheet system in all cities,
  • Managing purchasing process and transactions,
  • Monitoring the service, maintenance, tax and insurance schedules of company fleet vehicles,
  • Archiving all related official and company documents,
  • Ensuring all communication and coordination with government institutions and business partners.
  • Maintaining corporate communication between parent company and Greek subsidiary
