TheHouseman is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by maintainingcleanliness and presentation of guest floors, corridors, back-of-house areasand housekeeping storages. This role ensures delivery of linen, guest supplies,and amenities, and assists room attendants in maintaining high standards ofcleanliness and service for guest rooms and suites.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order infloor corridors, stairways, service areas, and elevators.
• Remove dirty linen and trash fromguest floors and transport them to designated areas.
• Deliver clean linen, towels,amenities, water, and supplies to assigned sections.
• Deliver and manage special guestrequests such as extra beds, cribs, or other room items.
• Maintain order and cleanliness instorage areas, pantries, shared spaces.
• Ensure housekeeping carts andpantries are fully stocked and organized.
• Ensure housekeeping machinery iswell maintained and in working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues,lost & found items, or safety hazards.
• Assist with deep cleaning, generalcleanings or special projects in guest rooms and public areas when required(e.g., wood, ceilings, marble, windows).
• Maintain a professional, courteousdemeanor and uphold guest service standards at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, andhygiene protocols of the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping orhospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pullheavy loads and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hoteloperations and guest expectations.
• Strong attention to detail andcleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills andteam-player attitude.
• Flexible schedule, includingweekends and holidays.
