Spa Therapist

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Position Summary:

The Spa Therapist will provideprofessional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to allhotel guests and will report directly to the Hotel Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivera variety of Spa treatments (body treatments, massages, facials) according tocompany’s standards
• Scheduleguest appointments and recommend spa services and products to hotel guests
• Maintainequipment in excellent condition and order stock products as needed
• Upholdhygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Beup to date with market trends and respond to guests queries and expectations
• Resolveguest complaints and inform the management about any incidents throughout thespa area
• Frequentlycheck with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service

Requirements:

• 2-3years of experience as a Spa Therapist; prior experience in the luxuryhospitality industry will be preferred
• Massageor Beautician Degree; license in aesthetics or physiotherapist will beconsidered as an asset
• Excellentknowledge of English language
• Pleasantpersonality, team player, focused on accomplishing high quality results
