We are looking fora strategic, analytical, and business-minded Revenue Manager to join ourgrowing team at Anatolia Hospitality, based in Thessaloniki. Ifyou have a passion for numbers, hotel pricing strategies, and drivingperformance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies
- Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, corporate, B2B, etc.)
- Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market trends
- Forecast occupancy, revenue, and market demand
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to maximize bookings
- Prepare and analyze key reports (Pace, Pickup, STR, Forecasts, KPIs)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Solid knowledge of Channel Manager, PMS PROTEL, and revenue tools (e.g. IDeaS)
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with STR reports and market intelligence tools
- Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or Economics
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
