We are looking fora strategic, analytical, and business-minded Revenue Manager to join ourgrowing team at Anatolia Hospitality, based in Thessaloniki. Ifyou have a passion for numbers, hotel pricing strategies, and drivingperformance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies
  • Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, corporate, B2B, etc.)
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market trends
  • Forecast occupancy, revenue, and market demand
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to maximize bookings
  • Prepare and analyze key reports (Pace, Pickup, STR, Forecasts, KPIs)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel
  • Solid knowledge of Channel Manager, PMS PROTEL, and revenue tools (e.g. IDeaS)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
  • High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with STR reports and market intelligence tools
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or Economics
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
