Duties and Responsibilities

• Greetall guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, using their names whenknown.
• Managetable reservations and walk-ins efficiently using the restaurant’s bookingsystem.
• Escortguests to their tables and present menus with elegance and confidence.
• Maintaina polished, elegant, and approachable appearance at all times.
• Provideaccurate wait time estimates during busy periods and manage guest expectations.
• Liaiseeffectively with the service team to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Keepthe reception and entrance area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handleguest inquiries and complaints gracefully, escalating to management whennecessary.
• Befully informed of daily specials, events, and VIP guest arrivals.
• Assistwith cloakroom service, special occasion setups, or personalized guest touchesas needed.
• Ensurea luxurious and consistent guest experience aligned with SANDBLU standards.
• Participatein daily briefings and trainings to stay aligned with service excellence goals.
• Upholdhealth, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previousexperience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant isessential (minimum 1–2 years).
• Excellentcommand of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additionallanguages is a strong asset.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Abilityto remain calm, polite, and efficient under pressure.
• Team-orientedmindset with a guest-first attitude.
• Flexibilityto work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionfor hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine interest in creatingmemorable guest experiences.
