Sandblu Resort is currently in search of: Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase room revenue and marketshare across all segments (leisure, corporate, MICE, F&B).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, touroperators, DMCs, corporate accounts, and international agencies.
  • Represent Sandblu at trade shows, roadshows, and international salesmissions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations to securenew partnerships.
  • Coordinate FAM trips, site inspections, and B2B activations in collaborationwith internal departments.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue to ensure alignment onpricing, promotions, and positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine the resort’s salesstrategy and positioning.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure a consistent and polished brand presence across all channels andclient touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to attract and convert high-end weddings,private celebrations, and corporate retreats.
  • Actively support the development of junior team members and contribute to acollaborative, high-performance sales culture.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, ideally in aluxury hospitality setting.
  • Established network in international travel trade and/or luxury lifestylesectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Greek tourism market and international sourcemarkets, ideally in APAC or MEA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Business-driven mindset with the ability to deliver and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and PMS Opera systems willbe considered an asset.
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Tourism Management; postgraduate studiesare an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and represent the brand at key events andclient meetings.
