Your Role
You will support all aspects of employee development: developing and executing (soft skill) training programs and development plans for people management and specialist roles in line with the local training needs. Also, you will be in charge of adopting and implementing all global projects related to employee experience, talent development, performance management, etc.
Your Responsibilities
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD): Suitable for HR professionals with 5+ years of experience, covering broad knowledge and skills application to enhance employee talent development.
Your Role
You will support all aspects of employee development: developing and executing (soft skill) training programs and development plans for people management and specialist roles in line with the local training needs. Also, you will be in charge of adopting and implementing all global projects related to employee experience, talent development, performance management, etc.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop effective soft skill training and deliver workshops for SKG KN GS employees with focus on people managers, specialists and in line with the succession management plan
- Work on development and implementation of HR strategies
- Support managers/team leaders to drive performance management (assist in the delivery of specific performance actions, including disciplinary action, terminations, and redeployment)
- Serve as a partner on talent management planning
- Employee Life Cycle Management (On-boarding, off-boarding)
- Prepares and analyzes reports, ensure proper reporting and planning
- Work on various projects and development of company human resources policies
- 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering training:
- Proven experience in working on implementing non-negotiables:
- Experience in leading projects:
- Proactive and hands-on attitude: Important for driving employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written): Necessary for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
- Outstanding teamwork, people-oriented attitude:
- Analytical Skills: Assessing training needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Project Management: Planning, executing, and overseeing talent development projects from inception to completion.
