IT Digital Partner

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized anddelivery-focused IT Digital Partner to join our IT eCommerce team. In thisrole, you will coordinate the successful delivery of multiple IT initiativesacross eCommerce, ERP, CRM, PIM, and custom platforms — ensuringcross-functional alignment, structured execution, and strong collaboration withvendors and internal stakeholders.

You will report directly to the IT eCommerce Manager and work across adiverse portfolio of predefined digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and continuousimprovement of our digital platforms (B2B & B2C), aligning business needswith technical solutions
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to keepprojects on track and ensure issues are resolved quickly
• Turn business requirements into clear,actionable project plans
• Monitor timelines, risks, and progress usingtools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensurealignment across stakeholders
• Participate in technical discussions,ensuring that proposed solutions support business goals
• Support testing and go-live phases, ensuringthat deliverables meet quality expectations
• Gather feedback and track platformperformance to drive future improvements
• Help prioritize and manage the digitalroadmap

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in IT projectmanagement or coordination, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or B2B digital projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and managemultiple digital initiative
• Solid understanding of digital platforms anddata flows (technical background is a plus, but not required)
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C models, and astrong interest in customer-facing platforms and technologies
• Excellent organizational and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and analyticalthinking
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-pacedenvironment
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira,Confluence, and MS Teams
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in structured deliveryframeworks
