Blu is seeking for: Head Waiter

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth and elegant dailyoperations.
• Provide exceptional, anticipatory service to guests in line with luxuryhospitality standards.
• Oversee table assignments, reservations, and service flow during peak dininghours.
• Ensure clear communication between service and kitchen teams for timely andaccurate service.
• Train, coach, and motivate wait staff to deliver consistent and elevatedguest experiences.
• Assist guests with food and wine selections, offering confident menu andpairing recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Uphold the visual presentation and cleanliness of the dining area at alltimes.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and inventory checks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Waiter or senior service staff in afine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and modern service techniques.
• Professional, elegant presence with strong communication and leadershipskills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to remain composed and proactive under pressure.
• Passion for guest experience, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
