Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the service team to ensure smooth, timely, and professional servicethroughout each shift.
• Assist in preparing tables and service areas to the highest standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest needs with a friendly, respectful, and guest-centric approach.
• Collaborate closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure anexceptional guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and back-of-house serviceareas.
• Stay informed on the daily menu and communicate basic dish and beverage detailsto guests if required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a high-standard service environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
