Your main responsibility

• Supplier Research & Engagement: Identify new suppliers and products, negotiate terms, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Procurement & Negotiation: Secure advantageous pricing and rebate conditions through skilled negotiation.
• Order Management: Execute product/service ordering processes in line with managerial requests.
• Market Analysis & Supplier Visits: Keep abreast of market trends through regular supplier engagements.
• ERP System Updates: Accurately introduce new products into the ERP system with detailed information.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure efficient invoice processing and timely supplier payments.

Your main qualifications/skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of OS&E items and services.
• Experience in marketing direction, with knowledge of design, printing techniques, and production methods.
• Proficient in Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and operational expenditure budgets.
• Fluent in English.
