Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming firstimpression of the resort.

Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is transported safelyand efficiently to their rooms.

Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about theresort’s facilities and services.

Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest roomspromptly and professionally.

Assist with valet parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles asneeded.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrancearea.

Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions,restaurants, and activities.

Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and apositive attitude.

Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensureseamless guest experiences.

Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, asrequired.

Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience as a Bellman, Porter, or in a similar rolewithin the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).

A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to deliveringexceptional service.

Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and work in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Fluency in English.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
