Accounting Assistant (Thessaloniki & Remote)

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for numbers? We are looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Accounting department across various entities.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Assistant , you will play crucial role in our daily financial operations, including:

• Client Communication and invoicing
• Answering emails from clients via our ERP platform
• Issuing invoices for post-clients for all entities

Invoice Management and Payments:

• Checking invoices received through PayPal payments
• Archiving all customer invoices for various entities
• Processing payments for customers in Swiss, BG and Spain entities
• Connecting and using our SoftOne ERP system
• Handling payments for all tax obligations

Reporting and Reconciliation:

• Preparing netting and SOA reports
• Contacting banks for various reports

Purchase and Expenses registration and Archiving:

• Meticulously registering and archiving purchases, expenses and subscriptions for various entities of our group of companies
• Registration of suppliers/ subscription invoices

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience or strong interest in an accounting supporting role
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SoftOne is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
