Your main responsibility:
- Photo & Video Content Creation: Independently or collaboratively plan and execute shoots based on creative briefs for both Sani and Ikos. Capture and produce content for property launches, offering depictions, and ad hoc needs. Adapt footage quickly for social-first formats.
- Content Production & Direction: Develop visual guides, moodboards, and scripts to steer brand-aligned productions. Lead or support the full production process, from pre-production planning to on-site execution, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand values.
- Editing & Post-Production: Oversee post-production workflows, guide editors, and ensure high-quality delivery. Handle editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics as needed. Guarantee that all content meets brand standards, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Technical Workflow & Asset Management: Manage backups, exports, and delivery of all content. Organize and archive visual assets in a structured way for easy reuse. Provide first-line editorial and technical support in post-production.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual assets strictly follow brand guidelines. Distribute creative toolkits and materials to internal teams and external partners. Maintain quality and consistency across all output.
- Creative Insight & Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on visual trends and competitor activity. Share relevant insights with the Creative Director to continuously elevate the team’s creative performance.
Your main qualifications/skills:
- Educational Background: Degree in Visual Arts or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality sector, a creative/digital agency, or another relevant environment.
- Creative Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Production & Direction Skills: Hands-on experience in directing, filming, and editing photo and video content.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Asset Management software; HTML knowledge is considered a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
