HR Generalist

Join Our Team – H.R. Generalist (Hybrid) The position needs to be filled on August 1st.

LingoGalaxy is looking for a dedicated and versatile HR Generalist to become part of our team. Previous HR Experience is a plus, but not necessary.

We are a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up with 5 years of experience delivering high-quality online education to children and teenagers around the globe. Our team is passionate about offering top-quality language classes for kids and teens and maintaining an inclusive company culture.

This role is not limited to human resources alone. It also includes elements of customer support and data management (use of Excel), making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to take ownership of multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support a global team of teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Help cultivate and maintain an inclusive, positive company culture.
• Manage email correspondence with international clients and assist with customer support.
• Conduct interviews, onboard new teachers, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Support new staff during their training and integration period.
• Maintain accurate internal records and databases using Excel.
• Assist with basic invoicing and financial documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Confidence in using Excel and handling administrative tasks.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or related areas is a plus, but not required.
