Senior Product Development Manager - Thessaloniki (on site) / PD-PDM-02

• identyfying the market and the competition trends


• managing the annual budget for the new developing products


• analyzing the sale patterns


• observing the stock quantities and make suggestions for minimization


• managing the product costs


• managing the packaging prerequisites


• supervising the team and provide on-the-job training where needed


• reporting weekly to the general manager


• cooperating effectively with the R&D, marketing and commercial departments


• identifying the need for the company's presence in various exhibitions


• leading the company's presence to various award contests

• BSc in Chemistry/Business Administration/Marketing


• MBA/MSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Product Management


• at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field


• very good knowledge of english

• experience in budgeting reports


• experience in ERP systems


• higly developed skills in communication/teamwork
