Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Back Office Assistant located in Thessaloniki. The Back Office Assistant will handle administrative duties, assist in back office operations, and provide customer service and support. Responsibilities include managing documentation, performing data entry, maintaining records, providing support to other departments, and communicating effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.

Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations and providing Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
