Sales Support

We are looking for a Sales Support to join and support our team!

The role is based in Group’s HQ Offices, at Spata, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”.

Key Responsibilities:
· Communicating with customers (customer updates, interaction with both customers and internal departments, monitoring outstanding balances, handling complaints, onboarding new clients)
· Managing promotional activities: customer and Finance Department updates, collection and review of promotional documentation, providing required data to Finance, maintaining client-specific records
· Preparing and sending offers to customers; maintaining a database of commercial offers
· Maintaining and updating price lists; notifying the Finance Department of new product prices for entry into the ERP system
· Informing customers about new prices (price adjustments, pricing of new products)
· Preparing and sending customized price lists to customers; maintaining detailed pricing records
· Liaising with all company departments to resolve issues and support sales operations (warehouse, logistics, accounting, production, etc.)
· Complaint handling: communication with the client and the Quality Assurance Department, and responding to the customer accordingly
· Supporting the sales team with the processing of offers, orders, and contracts
· Managing and archiving commercial documents and agreements
· Communicating with clients for clarifications, order updates, or issue resolution
· Participating in the preparation of presentations, promotional activities, and trade events

Required Qualifications:
· University or Technical Education Degree (AEI or TEI), preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
· 3–5 years of experience in sales support or another commercial role
· Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
· Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and methodological skills, with a focus on effective problem-solving
