We would like to hire an S&OP Manager for ISOMAT's Headquarters in Thessaloniki.


The mission of the role is to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service levels across Isomat Group of companies, aligning the Sales & Operational planning with business objectives.


About the Role


Key responsibilities


  • Owns the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process at Group level, ensuring alignment between demand forecast and inventory planning with production/supply capacities in regards to Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished Goods in all stock holding locations of the group.
  • Orchestrates cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Production, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support integrated planning.
  • Facilitates the annual, quarterly & monthly S&OP cycle, driving decision-making in capacity requirements across the supply chain.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to develop reliable forecasts and capacity plans.
  • Define and adjust Re-order points and Safety Stocks in SAP for all stock keeping units (SKUs), taking as an input detailed data analytics from the planning team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that service levels, inventory targets, and operational efficiency goals are consistently met.
  • Lead a high performing team of inventory planning professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.


Qualifications


  • Graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain with an MBA from top tier university.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in leading S&OP, preferably in a complex, multi-site environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and planning tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results driven personality with proven leadership skills and strong track record in building high performing teams with clear mission, roles & responsibilities.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, team spirit and resilience.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • SAP user experience is a strong plus.
  • Availability to travel (25% of the time).
