We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Business Analyst to join our Customer Excellence Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By joining this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing our Customer Experience (CX) strategy. You will analyze customer data and feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance satisfaction and contribute to commercial success.

You will analyze customer data and feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance satisfaction and contribute to commercial success.
Your Role Will Encompass
- Analyzing customer feedback, behavior, and satisfaction metrics to uncover pain points and improvement areas.
- Designing and managing CX improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Generating insights that connect customer needs with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align initiatives.
- Visualizing key trends and insights using tools like PowerBI.
- Supporting continuous process improvements across customer touchpoints.
- Preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Research, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience, business analysis, or project management.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
