Job Title: Front Office Agent

Location: Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Engagement:

  • Greet and assist guestswarmly, manage check-in and check-out, and handle all guest inquiries promptlyand efficiently according to high-level standards of Urban Nest.
  • Ensure thatall Guest’s enquiries and complaints are managed, recorded and resolvedpromptly in a professional manner.

Reservations & Room Management:

  • Coordinate bookings, assign rooms, and manage cancellations and modifications,ensuring the hotel’s occupancy is maximised and guests’ expectations are met.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage phone and email inquiries/reservations, processpayments, maintain daily logs, and provide end-of-day reports.

Support for the Boutique Hotel Experience:

  • Collaborate with other team members to maintainour high standards in ambiance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assistwith the breakfast service Team when the need appears.

Concierge Assistance:

  • Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events; arrangetransportation, tours, or other special requests to enrich the guestexperience.

Billing and Payment Processing:

  • Handle billing, process payments,and maintain accurate financial records for each guest stay.

Maintain Lobby Standards:

  • Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, welcoming, andreflect the boutique hotel’s brand and aesthetic.
  • Housekeeping Supervisingand time management.
  • Knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates,packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to performdaily duties.

Team Support:

  • Ensure that all Front Office Team is fully awareof the situation of the hotel and guests’ feedback and updated for upcomingevents

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in front desk boutique hotelenvironment, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) andChannel Manager is ideal, along with basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • A passionfor customer service and an eye for detail to provide memorable guestexperiences Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient user ofEnglish; with additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrateenthusiasm and innovation
  • Degree in hotel management is a plus
