We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician & Pool Attendant to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency that define the Pierros Verde experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Facility Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the hotel’s infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, etc.).

-Pool Care: Clean and maintain the swimming pool daily, including vacuuming, skimming, chemical testing, and adjustment.

-Guest Support: Respond promptly to maintenance-related guest requests or incidents.

-Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.

-Safety Oversight: Identify and report potential safety or repair issues in public and guest areas.

-Outdoor Areas: Maintain garden equipment, lighting, and public pathways in good working order.

-Inventory: Monitor maintenance supplies and tools, reporting needs to management.

-Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

-Experience: Previous experience in general hotel maintenance or facility operations is preferred.

-Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

-Pool Knowledge: Familiarity with pool cleaning procedures and handling of pool chemicals.

-Physical Condition: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.

-Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.

-Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

-Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Team Spirit: Willingness to assist other departments and support the team effort.
