You’ll support users with account-related questions, payment concerns, and technical troubleshooting, all while ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive, top-tier support across multiple platforms
- Help users navigate account setup, resolve login issues, and handle payment and tech-related concerns
- Be a trusted point of contact, particularly for sports-focused customer needs
- Address feedback with professionalism, empathy, and care
- Foster customer loyalty through clear and thoughtful communication
- Maintain service excellence by following internal policies and procedures
- Share insights and ideas that improve workflows and enhance the customer experience
- Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
