Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication platforms
- Help users with account setup, access issues, payment concerns, and basic troubleshooting
- Act as a dependable and empathetic resource, especially for customers in the sports sector
- Address inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear and compassionate communication
- Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance support processes and the overall user experience
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
