Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, high-quality support across all communication channels
- Assist users with setting up accounts, troubleshooting login issues, and resolving payment or technical queries
- Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact, particularly for clients with sports-related questions
- Respond to customer feedback with understanding and professionalism
- Strengthen customer relationships through clear, supportive communication
- Uphold service quality by adhering to internal procedures and standards
- Offer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer support experience
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
