Join us to own finance at Delian. It’s a critical role as we hit an inflection point in customer interest and need to scale production rapidly.

This role is based in Athens.

In this role you'll get to

• Oversee our financial performance.
• Design and run our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycle.
• Build clear dashboards that show cash, cost, and margin in real time.
• Partner with procurement / supply chain lead to position us for scaling manufacturing.
• Prepare board-ready reports and lead investor and customer due-diligence packs.
• Advise on group-wide financial matters, working with external accountants on topics such as transfer pricing.
  
  

Must have requirements

• At least 7 years leading finance in a fast-growing, venture backed hardware or manufacturing company.
• Proven record setting up accounting systems, controls, and monthly close from day one.
• Expert at financial modelling and translating data for non-finance teammates.
• Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, cost accounting, and government contracts.
  
  

Nice to have

• Prior work with defence procurement or grant-funded programmes.
• Success raising venture capital and/or helping to close rounds.
• Chartered Accountant or similar professional qualification.
