Lavipharm is seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative in Athens, who will be accountable for promoting consumer healthcare product sales through effective interaction with the pharmacy channel to increase the awareness and use of the company's pharmaceutical products

- Distributes information to health care professionals
- Executes sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction
- Applies in a correct manner all internal processes of the company (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly programs etc.)
- Attends education on topics related to his role (induction program and presentations)
- Attends compulsory education and training on topics related to the company’s healthcare products and his role in promoting them within a specific strategy
- Organizes and participates in sales and marketing events
- Provides timely and complete reports on all sales activities, if required
- Improves his professional skills thought training (PSS)
- Develops strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
- Implements Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products
- Builds effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
- Collects and shares inputs from field intel and KOL interactions with key stakeholders (marketing & sales)
- Fulfils and monitors trade marketing requirements concerning our products (POP materials, promotions etc)
- Ensures compliance in all relevant legislations (regulatory, legal, quality etc)
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales management
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language
- Computer Literacy (MS Office etc)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
- Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
